PF Engineers provides technical due diligence on process facilities

• General - Process facilities have the same technical due diligence requirements as a power plant. What materials are needed where and how much to make an end product.
• Experience - We have reviewed multiple process plants including technologies such as bottle manufacturing, Fischer Tropsch, biofuels, etc.
• Common Issues - The key is to have a quality Process Flow Diagram (PFD) to define the quantities and rates. From here, we can evaluate the material handling/piping requirements for the project.
• Risk Mitigants - Have a detailed PFD and contracts supporting the material inputs and outputs.
