• General - The mid-2020s is the age of the data center. Numerous developers are attracting hyperscalers and data centers with multi-billion dollar projects. These projects require a sophisticated power strategy to support the high energy use and the high reliability requirements. The demand for data centers and the power to support the data centers has been a step change in power development.
• Experience - We have reviewed numerous data center projects, with an emphasis on the power strategy to support the data center. This includes the sizing of power generation equipment, the application of peaking units to supplement the base load generation, and BESS.
