PF Engineers provides technical due diligence a wide range of projects

• General - The technical due diligence for major projects being financed is similar. The key is to make sure the "ins" and the "outs" match and that all the values in the financial model are supported by contracts or technical specifications.
• Experience - We have reviewed a wide range of projects. This includes things such as ports, glass bottle manufacturing facilities, cellulose insulation manufacturing, mining facilities, utilization of gray market equipment, etc.
• Role - We evaluate the technical aspects of the project to validate the assumptions being made by the owner/sponsor. This is to help the lenders/investors to ensure that the values used in the financial model support the financing applied to the project.
